Lime mortar is created by slaking quicklime in water, which produces a putty that sets hard when exposed to air. The GBM2 Coarse Mortar 25kg bag from Limebase is an essential multi-purpose tool for building work. It is created by blending sand with Stonedust and lime putty, the sand selected for the creation of GBM2 is a well balanced sand incorporating coarse medium and fine particles, making it more resistant to cracking.
